🌶️ SPICY BUT NOT OVERWHELMING: Our bespoke chili oil is ideal for people who like a bit of spice, but nothing too overpowering. The heat from the chili is nicely offset by the richness of the olives and the earthiness of the truffle. To put the heat into perspective, if Tabasco is a 10 and Sriracha is an 8, Chili-Truffle Extra Virgin oil is around a 4 – best described as a warming sensation of truffle heat.
🌶️ HANDMADE AND COLD-PRESSED: To create Chili-Truffle Extra Virgin, we crush fresh olives and fresh chili peppers together and cold press them for 45 minutes to infuse the flavors. The spices and colors bleed into the oil naturally during this process, before we filter the blend to remove any solids. Last but not least, we add a generous helping of real truffle to balance out the flavors and achieve a velvety consistency.

To create this product, we crush fresh chili and olives together before cold pressing them at a low temperature to infuse the flavors into the oil. Then – after letting the blend rest for 45 minutes – we add a generous helping of real truffle to add depth of flavor and a velvety-smooth consistency. Not bad for a 100ml bottle!
