The new way of Serving Truffle

Our whole lifes we have been eating slices of truffles in our dishes, making them more flavorful and more into gourmet standard. But what if we tell you that most of this ways of serving was for the look and aroma than the flavor? Yes! specially on black truffles.

As specialists of truffles, we always told our customers that “in order to release the black truffles (or truffles in general) flavors” the idea was to “put slices of truffles in contact with just prepared hot food” because the thiner the slices were, the most flavors they will release”.

Well, for us this was the only way of doing it until we came across the “wasabi” grater…
